To start shopping for amazing duty free products you can click on the Pre-Order tab and select the category you require. You can find the required item by entering the name or key word in the search area in the top right hand corner.

All new customers better register to purchase DFShopper. You can register by:

• Clicking the link in the log-in area located along the top of the home page (Log in/Register)
• Clicking the link at the bottom of the home page (login or registration) or
• You can also start shopping straight away and then register when you check out

Once you are registered on www.df-shopper.com, a confirmation email will be sent to the email account. You may then use this to log in and start shopping on our online duty free store.

After you click on a category, all items in that category will appear. When you click on a product image, you will be able to:

• See a brief description of the item
• See the price, a close-up of the item, the code specific to each item
• You can also purchase this item by clicking on the ADD TO CART button. You can change the quantity of purchased goods by changing it in the "Quantity" area.

Pre-order items are valid for 24-48 hours before your departure/arrival date. If you need more time, send a request in the Contact Us section and you will be contacted. After this period, the company is not responsible for the availability of your purchased items in the store.

After adding items to your cart, you can add or remove the quantity of items by changing it in the Quantity column. Press the X symbol to remove items from your cart.

Your cart will show:

• Total quantity, and
• Total price

Once you have added all items to your cart, click on the Checkout button. Please note that you can choose to have the goods delivered from the list of delivery points or pick them up at DFSopper, Poti.

Click the Payment button to go to the payment system. Check the credit card you will use to pay for Duty Free merchandise and "Process Payment". Enter your card information and verify that the information you entered is correct. Wait for your card to be validated. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Save your order confirmation number to pick up the merchandise at the store.

Your product will be waiting for you in the store. Be sure to keep your order number/receipt to confirm your purchase when you receive the item.
